Project Gutenberg Canada began on Canada Day 2007. Canadian citizens can create e-texts and download many books that are not yet in the Public Domain of many other countries. Some authors whose complete works can now be made available (in Canada) are A. A. Milne, Walter de la Mare, Sheila Kaye-Smith, Amy Carmichael, Gertrude Lawrence, Marshall Broomhall, Lilias Trotter, Laura Ingalls Wilder and Isobel Kuhn. As of 1 December 2007 the separately run Distributed Proofreaders Canada project has started contributing ebooks to Project Gutenberg Canada. Copyright in Canada lasts until 50 years after the end of the year of the author's death. If the book was published during the author's lifetime, and the author died 51 years ago or more, the book is in the Canadian public domain. In some cases, ''Project Gutenberg of Canada'' has received permission to redistribute books which are still under copyright. ==See also== *Project Gutenberg *Project Gutenberg Australia 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Project Gutenberg Canada」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
